Shannon A. Berger

 

Shannon Berger has successfully recovered revenue for physicians, surgery centers, diagnostic facilities and all other medical care providers through New Jersey and New York No Fault arbitration since 2008. Prior to co-founding Berger & Dellis, LLP in 2013, she had argued nearly 2,000 cases before Dispute Resolution Professionals (DRP's) through Personal Injury Protection (PIP) no-fault arbitration proceedings against insurance carriers in New Jersey. She also litigated cases in New Jersey Worker's Compensation Court and represented providers in New York no-fault proceedings.

 

She received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law, where she participated in the Health Law Society. She was admitted to the practice of law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and in the State Courts of New York. While in law school, she held internships with the Law Office of Robert M. Adochio, Esq. and with New Jersey Superior Court Judge Jamie Happas. Shannon earned her B.S. from the University of Delaware with a major in Leadership and Consumer Economics and a minor in Business Administration.

 

She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.

 

Anne M. Dellis

 

Anne Dellis has extensive experience in successfully recovering revenue for physicians, surgery centers, diagnostic facilities and all other medical care providers through New Jersey and New York No Fault arbitration and New Jersey Workers Compensation litigation. Prior to co-founding Berger & Dellis, LLP in 2013, she had argued nearly 2,000 cases before Dispute Resolution Professionals (DRP's) through Personal Injury Protection (PIP) no-fault arbitration proceedings against insurance carriers in New Jersey. She also litigated cases in Superior Court and represented health care providers in New York no-fault proceedings. Earlier in her career, Anne represented financial institutions in matters of compliance, audits, and SEC investigations.

 

 

Anne received her Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, where she participated in the law school's Elder Law Clinic. While in law school, she held a position as a Court Evaluator in New York Article 81 guardianship proceedings. Anne earned her Bachelors of Arts degree from Fordham University, graduating summa cum laude with a major in History and is a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu and Alpha Sigma Lambda honor societies.

 

 

She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
